At Pataugas, we take pride in our French craftsmanship and want to ensure your handmade shoes reach you in perfect condition. Here’s how we handle shipping:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your Pataugas purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Return Conditions
- Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn or damaged shoes
- Sale or promotional items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items damaged due to improper use
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email your return request to [email protected] using the template below.
- Confirmation: Our team will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, specifying in your email the new item you wish to receive (size, color, model). We’ll ship your new item after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refund Information
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
